Copy a playlist from Clementine to iTunes
Open the *.xspf file (Clementine's playlist) with VLC.
From VLC save/convert the *.xspf file to a *.m3u file.
From iTunes import the *.m3u file.
When importing a second time (let's say for a playlist update) you'll have to first/after remove the previous playlist's version from iTunes otherwise you'll end up with 2 playlists with the same name (but different).

Export Clementine playlist files to directory
Select files in a playlist
Right click on them
Choose Organise files ...
